It was a thing in an Army mess hall. Eggs to order. You had a personal chef, he would cook you an egg or an omelet almost any way you wanted it. You could stand there and watch it. You could visit with the cook. Some of the cooks were legendary, very popular folks. I enjoyed my time getting eggs to order. C-9349!
